If your HP Prime is getting on in years and its internal battery only takes a little charge or no longer charges at all, then you can send us your HP Prime to us. We will replace the battery for you, reset your HP Prime to the delivery condition, do a self-test and send it back to you.
The specified service offer includes the battery and our service. The return shipping costs depend on whether you have a return address in Germany or abroad. Returns within Germany cost EUR 5 in addition to the offer. For international shipments, it is EUR 12.00 in an insured envelope worldwide.
If you want to book this service, simply order here in the shop. We are waiting for your Prime to arrive. After receiving the same, we need a maximum of 5 working days for the exchange and then send the tested device back to you internally with a new battery.
