If the internal rechargable battery of your Elitepad 1000 G2 rugged case (the second battery in the case not the internal in the Elitepad) has become weak or defective, you can send the Elitepad to us. We will replace the old battery against a new one. The service price includes service, test of all functions and the new battery and the correct recycling of the old one.
Order this service here in the shop and print out a copy which you add to your shipment of the Elitepad to our address :

The costs for shipping in the basket apply in this case for the transportation back to your address after the battery has been replaced. You have to send the Elitepad without shipping charges to us. Normally the replacement procedure takes 2-3 working days and the time of the courier back to your destination via DHL.
